Summary:
BRG is seeking a full-time, experienced Workplace Portfolio Manager. This position reports to the Head of Workplace Portfolio.
Responsibilities:
  • Scope, budget, schedule, and manage workplaces projects until full completion.  Tasks include market surveying, deal evaluation, financial analysis, design, construction management, furniture install, technology install, and site commissioning.
  • Prepare visually appealing presentations and summaries to effectively communicate project updates and outcomes.  Ability to effectively use graphics and visual storytelling methods.
  • Assist with workplace design and aesthetics including finish selection coordination, space measurements, and overall space planning.  Additionally, contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards.
  • Coordinate requirements with 3rd party vendors including real estate brokerage, furniture dealers, construction managers, and property management.
  • Develop and enhance tools for the Project Management Office (PMO). This includes creating playbooks, instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and cost estimating tools.
  • Lead the adoption of a standardized workflow in project management software. Develop and utilize tools for issue tracking, task management, scheduling, and budgeting. Create dashboards that provide high-level reporting for project progress.
  • Create Statement of Work (SOW) templates based on design standards. Generate SOWs for various requirements such as Audio/Visual, Signage & Branding, Data Cabling, Security, and FF&E.
  • Lead project close out and post commissioning tasks, including training, instructions, and maintenance plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years project management experience. PMP Certification is a plus.
  • Experience in either Architecture, Construction, Interior Design, Furniture, or Corporate Real Estate.
  • Ability and Desire to travel within the US and Internationally. (Travel 15-25%)
  • Self-driven and forward-thinking, demonstrating the ability to anticipate and proactively address challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of software tools and applications relevant to project management.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and creative with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to adopting new technologies and contributes to the development of efficient processes.

Salary range: $110,000-$140,000

Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
