Job Summary:

This is a fast-paced and highly responsible position that requires an individual experienced in working with very busy professionals, who can anticipate needs, juggle multiple tasks, prioritizeresponsibilities with little or no supervision, and deal with demanding clients while
maintaining a positive attitude. The nature of this work is confidential and requires someone with an extremely high level of intelligence, communication and people skills, and professionalism. Must come into the office 3 days a week.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft and facilitate review of changes to all contracts (engagement letters, non-disclosure agreements, Independent Contractor agreements, Vendor agreements, etc.)
  • Maintain schedules to maximize coordination, time management, and effectiveness
  • Filing documents and emails
  • Proactively handle issues as appropriate, recognizing, and/or anticipating problems and taking the initiative to suggest improvements
  • Scheduling travel
  • Admin tasks mailing, faxing, copying, etc.
  • Expense reports
  • Perform other tasks as required by the Legal Department

Qualifications:

  • AA/BA degree in related field required
  • 0-1 year of experience
  • Experience in legal services, professional services (consulting), and/or an in-house legal setting
  • Extremely high level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and possess the ability to multi-task in an environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently andhandle multiple assignments, keeping a handle on their priorities
  • Uphold tactful, courteous, and professional interactions with the clients, internal executives, and staff
  • Capable of dealing with sensitive information and preserving its confidentiality
  • Advanced computer skills: proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Extremely high level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills: proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility in adjusting work schedule on occasion and willing to work overtime as needed

Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the United States, without company sponsorship.
