Position Summary:
The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral member of the Recruiting team, providing firm-wide National support in identifying, tracking, coordinating, scheduling, and communicating with potential candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiting Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the Recruiting team by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the recruiting process. The ideal candidate will have experience within a recruiting department, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  This is a hybrid (in-office and remote) position based in Washington, DC.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Efficiently and accurately schedule multiple interviews with candidates; coordinate all details of the interviews.
  • Work within different scheduling structures and platforms, including one-off interviews and high-volume interview requests. 
  • Schedule virtual and in-person interviews in a timely manner.
  • Manage written and verbal communication with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
  • Manage candidate records through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to include ensuring candidates are dispositioned appropriately and timely
  • Assist recruiters with preparing job postings.
  • Prepare offer letters.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field of study.
  • Minimum one to two (1-2) years of recruiting coordinator experience; experience in a professional services environment is desired.
  • Demonstrated effective organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively manage time and priorities.
  • Proactively problem-solve as obstacles arise while escalating when necessary.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system; Jobvite or Workday is preferred.

Candidate must be able to submit verification of their legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
